During a recent corporate retreat at Crowne Plaza, I found the hotel to be a practical choice for business travelers. The meeting room on the Mezzanine Floor, with a pleasant view of the garden and swimming pool, provided an inspiring work environment. Equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and a well-organized business center, it facilitated our needs without disruption. Free parking was convenient, allowing our team to utilize public transport to explore the city effortlessly, while the hotel's 24-hour reception ensured our questions were promptly addressed. The service at check-in could be improved, as we received minimal information about breakfast timings and hotel amenities. The restaurant offered a continental breakfast that catered to various dietary preferences; however, some pastries were disappointingly dry. While the pool area was ideal for relaxation after meetings, the staff's attentiveness varied throughout our stay, especially at dinner. Crowne Plaza is a suitable choice for business travelers combining productive meetings with leisurely city exploration.
